Nike provides a running service called Nike Run Club app. You can find guided runs where a running coach talks you through it and encourages you the whole run at every distance. All you have to do it throw on some running shoes and a pair of earbuds and you are good to go. It also comes in handy if you are wanting to train within a certain timeframe- for example training for a race.
