Benefits

There are many benefits to running. In addition to keeping you in shape, it also does the following. Running promotes mental health and well-being. The endorphins you produce during and after a run helps to relieve built-up stress and tension. Lastly, running has been proven to prevent and alleviate depression and mental illnesses.

Since covid, scientific studies have shown that 40 percent of Americans are struggling with mental health. Running isn't the only cure, however, studies have shown that stepping out for some fresh air and a run can help address and help mental health issues
